State law requires that billboard companies display the company name and permit number on every billboard. Many have neither. "Patrick" is now "Eller." Eller was involved in a megamerger in with Universal Outdoor and then Clear Channel Inc. They own/program 189 radio stations and 18 TV stations nationwide. "Size does matter." You get free speech if you're this big. Eller actually has the nerve to put a clear blue sky background on their website, when in fact they are in the business of blocking out the sky.
