INTERMISSION: SLOGANS WITH PROVERBIAL STRUCTURE!!

The last Winston billboard had a slogan --"no additives no bull" -- that has the structure of a proverb. Proverbs are often in four pieces ("quadripartite structure"). Other structural features are rhyme, repeating words, and opposites. Here are some I've noticed recently.

Expect more, pay less
No money, no problem
Work smarter, not harder
Not now, not ever
Your man, my hair, his fingers, your drama
More parts, less money

Fast then, fast now
Less flower, more power
Buy now, pay later
